2011 Drive thru & Hospitality Center Information

Come join us for a fun and memorable experience! The following is a description of the volunteer opportunities available for Lights on the Lake.

Volunteers are needed from 5:40pm – 10:00pm Thursday thru Sunday beginning November 24th 2011.

Drive thru

Those working the drive thru will occupy two stations to hand out pamphlets, candy canes and accept donations. Your safety is important to us, so a security guard is on campus to patrol while the drive thru is open. Heartspring representatives will also be on campus to help each night. All ages are welcome, but keep in mind that an adult must accompany children under the age of 16.

Hospitality Center

You'll have a great time serving coffee and hot chocolate to guests and making sure there are plenty of cookies for all the hungry boys and girls. There will be a Santa every night with the exception of Christmas Eve and Christmas Day as the hospitality center will be closed.

Photographer - Of course Santa needs special elves to take photos as well. We provide everything you'll need to capture this very special moment. You don't have to be a professional, just proficient. Of course Santa needs special elves to help organize and print photos.
